Fitness Update

If you've been following along with the Advocare journey, I thank you. Because obviously life got in the way of blogging and updating. I'm still on it! I don't know what day I'm on now but I did complete the 24 day Challenge. Results were posted on Instagram but here you again:

Big change huh?! baha. Alright I'm kidding. Here's the real one:

I think what has surprised me the most is that I LOVE lifting weights now. I want so badly to start Crossfit but I am absolutely terrified lol I also honestly don't have that kind of time to go to the gym right now with littles, a full time job, and full time school. So basically I'm going to show y'all that a super busy super mom CAN get productive workouts in AT HOME. Ahem, for FREE.

The challenge itself was pretty easy. Self explanatory in the booklet that comes with everything. It has your meal options and which vitamins are taken when. I actually notice a difference when I don't take my vitamins now. It throws my morning off and I just feel blah. Same with the Spark. I can't function without it. I haven't had Starbucks in two months and don't miss it. Y'all? You just don't understand how many calories is one of your favorite coffees! I was drinking up to three a day from Starbucks! Which is absolutely ridiculous and expensive. I can easily buy two canisters of Spark for that and be good for the next two months. Which is what I've started doing.

At first, I thought it was a lot of vitamins (pills). but I think that was because I wasn't use to taking so many at once and multiple times during the day. I quickly got use to it and it's really become second nature to me.

Now that I've finished the 24 Day Challenge, I've stayed with the Spark drink but have also added Catalyst and MNS® Max E.

I love both products! I'll be honest though I was a little worried when I first started the MNS® Max E because I was super jittery and shaky. I don't know if it was because I was just starting something new and I didn't eat a ton those first two days or if it really was the "energy part" but now that I've been taking it for about a week or so, I'm not feeling that jittery feeling anymore. I also don't know if this is something I have to buy again every 14 days since it's only a 14 day "supply". That can get pretty pricey if I do!

All in all, I have tons more energy than before, there's definition and lean muscle now, and most importantly (and shockingly) I love working out! ha!. (I'll be taking another "after" picture this weekend)

Can anyone give me some advice with the pairings of vitamins/products? I really don't want to have to buy a 14-day supply every 14 days!

Which of my ladies crossfit?!

Glad to hear you have had such great results! I'd love to do Crossfit too, unfortunately we don't have any gyms close to us!

As far as the products. The baseline is always Spark and the MNS. It can get expensive which is why most people sign up to be a wholesale customer because you get 20% off. Also, I look at it as saving money beings you are feeling so great you don't end up spending money on stuff you used to (like Starbucks or fast food) so in the long run if you actually break it down, it's probably not as expensive as you think!

Wow, that's huge progress! I came across your blog from Bloggy Moms... I'm a fellow halfmarathoner also (contemplating a full, I think I'm insane!).

I don't do crossfit...Honestly I'm a little hesitant to try it. I've heard you have to be careful to make sure you're with an experienced/educated instructor (but I'm sure that's the same for any exercise class).

I can't wait to check out your archives!

Your looking great, well done you!

My 13 year old twin daughters do Crossfit. They absolutely love it and have even been in competitions through their school!

I'd say give it a go, I've never done it myself but it just seems a fancy name for doing circuit training lol
