A little update: I haven't been posting the Advocare challenge updates every day because well, it's the same every day. Pretty much the same meals, same workouts, and same Advocare stuff that I'm taking. Nothing new to report other than I HAVE lost inches and I have toned up more. Even after having a bad, but yet yummy, burger the other day. I may or may not have also had cheesecake this past weekend. It's my weakness y'all.
Some things I've noticed during this challenge:
- I sleep A LOT better now.
- I have TONS more energy. I can keep up with Kins now. I actually look forward to working out.
- I'm not nearly as hungry as I used to be.
- I don't crave horrible things anymore. I typically crave fruit. And the Chocolate Mocha Meal Replacement Shake cures the craving for something sweet or chocolate-y.
I have two weeks left of the challenge and I can't wait to see the final results.
We spent our Memorial Day weekend at the beach and for the first time I wasn't worried about going. Busting my ass off, literally, has definitely paid off in more than one way!
I'll be getting other meal plans in order to keep on track after the challenge is over. Thank goodness for Pinterest!

This weekend was so nice! So relaxing. I can't count how many ways that I'm blessed. There was a lot of beach. a lot of naps, and a whole lot of family time. I'm already looking forward to this weekend to plop down at the beach again and do nothing but lay there and read. lol
