Days 3,4,and 5: Advocare 24 Day Challenge
I'm going to throw all three days in together since it was the weekend and pretty redundant. Same things. Same meals. I'm not bored with it yet but I was definitely craving chocolate all weekend and a big slice of cheesecake this afternoon. I haven't caved in but I did get dark chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day yesterday and I did eat the majority of them. Or all of them. There were only 6. In my defense.
They were delicious too. Any way, I added working out to my nightly routine now and man do I feel it in my legs today! I woke up thinking "what the heck did I do?" then suddenly remembered I did about 100 lunges the night before. As a full time working mom and full time student, it's hard to find the time to actually go to the gym and use real machines and weights so I have to improvise for the time being. I have free weights at home and OnDemand is my best friend. I also use the Pear Sports app. I did work for them a few months ago and they were gracious enough to send their product to me. Tomorrow I will post the workout from tonight here if anyone wants to copy it.
I've been posting meals on Instagram, because like I always say, it wasn't eating if I didn't post it. *side eye*
Edit: I bought a chocolate milkshake from Chic-Fil-A. I have no self control.
