Thus the week of "Leaving Things Behind."
I'm not a "fashion blogger" by any means.
Bleach washed jeans that are cut off? No. Stop it.
Jumpers? No. Do you know what I look like in those? A packaged sausage trying to escape a 4th of July cookout.
NEON. For the love of all things holy! Leave the neon alone! Put it BACK. Don't buy it, don't wear it, don't even pin things with neon in it. It's horrendous. And I'm sorry, no one, not one single person looks good in bright ass neon. No one.
Anything with studs or spikes. Maybe it's just my preppy self or that I'm conservative when it comes to how I dress but I'm going to go with 9 times out of 10 you aren't the badass that your spikes say you are. Unless you're in a punk band or a bike gang leave those at the store. And hey! Maybe you are in a bike gang, I don't know why you'd be reading my blog, but maybe you are, no judgies here. Promise.
Tribal. It was cute for about a week and then it was everywhere. Arizona exploded on us all and won't leave.
Target in general. I don't know what has been going on with this store lately but the "fashions" are horrible and the prices are outrageous. It's cheap clothes for way too much denaro. I'm over Target. Unless I'm alone with a Starbucks in hand early on a Saturday morning. Then somehow I leave with a cart full of goodies for Kinsley. Don't judge me.
Bauble necklaces. Let's be honest, I have one in every color and I sure do love my pearl one, however, these are everywhere and they are driving be crazy. I can almost spot a Blogger out when we are out on the town because they have one on. I don't know how many times I've randomly asked someone and they've said "YES!". Although, it is a good marketing/conversation starter/blog friend making tool. Hmm.
What fashion "trends" are you wanting to leave behind? or hating on? Share! Let's discuss!
