LoseIt!


For the longest time I searched for an app and a website that would make tracking calories easier and fun. I'm a big stats person and love me some colorful graphs so when I found out about LoseIt! a few years ago I was excited to give it a try.


Ever since then, I've been logging on and keeping track of everything. It really holds me accountable for my eating. I almost feel guilty putting something in there that I shouldn't have eaten, but it does keep me on track with my intake because going over your goal is NOT a good feeling.


I love LoseIt! because it's a big supporter of healthy living and healthy weight loss. They motivate you, you can motivate each other, set up challenges or join in on them, and track, even get ideas for exercising!

I have been using myfitnesspal but just signed up for loseit a few days ago. Trying to learn how to use it!
