I posted on the guest post, but just wanted to comment here too - thanks for being brave enough to share your story so that it might help someone going through their own struggles :)
Thank you for sharing your story. I know how hard it can be to open yourself up and allow yourself to be vulnerable on your blog- so I applaud you for that. :) It's beautiful to watch you with your daughter and to see you live out your second chance. Isn't grace amazing?!
How brave to share your story! You are doing a great job with K! She is lucky to have a mom like you :)

Putting it all out there is one of the hardest thing any of us deal with. Kudos to you for sharing. You are a survivor!!
oh Sonja!!! You are amazing girl!!! I am so happy for you sharing your story! Everyone has a story but not everyone is brave enough to share theirs! You are touching more lives than you know and K is very blessed to have you as a Mommy! Thank GOD for grace! I can not wait to continue to see how he blesses you and K and how the rest of your story continues ... Makes me happy to think of it! I am definitely considering sharing my story- in fact on my dad's bday yesterday I wanted to share how he died but I got scared... and thought maybe that was too much for some readers. Anyways- longest comment ever- but YOU. GO. GIRL!!!!! :)
I'm so glad you decided to share your story. I love getting to know you better! You're such a brave, strong woman and you're being a great mom to K. If you ever want to talk, I am here. I know what it is like to grow up with an alcoholic parent. I fortunately still have mine, but it was never easy growing up around all of that. Thinking of you friend! xoxo
Hi....my name is Sonja also....I have never commented before but felt I should today. Did you know the the name Sonja means wisdom? My parents named me praying I would be a woman of wisdom.....I don't know the history of why you were named Sonja but I can tell that you do have wisdom. You are choosing to draw a line in the sand and choosing to give your daughter a different life. You are a wise woman....hold on to that, God loves you bunches! Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for sharing your story. It was really moving. I'm so sorry you had to go through all of that.
I went over and read it... how brave and strong of you to share it and to be better because of it. I love that you turned your scars into stars! :) great job, girl.
