Blue Cheese Flank Steak Wraps

Since Mr. A defrosted flank steak instead of the ground beef for burritos this weekend, we had to improvise and make Blue Cheese Flank Steak Wraps.

While I'm a huge fan of his burritos that's what she said, these things were delicious!

Sear/cook the flank steak in a skillet on high for about 8 mins.
You don't want to do it for too long since the steak will get chewy.

In another skillet (you should be able to use the same one but I use every dish known to man when I cook for some reason lol) add 1/2 cup water along with your taco seasoning.

Mix and let sit for another 3-5 minutes.

While you're waiting for it to simmer, in another pan warm your tortilla wraps and mix your sauce.

I eyeballed Blue Cheese dressing and Mild Taco sauce.

Probably about 4 tablespoons of each.

It should end up looking like this:

Once your mixture has simmered and you've drained the meat grab a tortilla wrap and spread some sauce. Add the meat to it along with some shredded cheese.

Wrap it up like a burrito and there you have it!

It was so yummy!

I think next time I will add Blue Cheese crumbles but since this was a last minute meal I had to work with what I had.

It only took about 15 mins to make.

Easy Peasy!
