It says I need Omega-3 b/c I don't eat enough seafood. I'm a little shocked it didn't say I need an iron pill for the lack of protien I tend to eat. And of course I need a good old multi-vit. My dad has been telling me that for years!

I don't eat enough seafood. The hubs doesn't like it so I really don't make it at home.

Apparently I need more seafood in my diet. That also means I should live near the ocean where seafood tastes better:)
