Running plays mind trickeries on you for real.
I almost forgot the feeling of hitting the treadmill belt like it was nothing and letting everything go. Running is better for everyone really. Less fucks are given still but I feel that that word will be used less if I continue to keep at this. Until the 1/2 that is and I reach the 1/2 mile marker and I'm screaming "This isn't over yet?! fuuuuuuck!"
So anyway, the run was good! I powered through it thinking only of everything going on and I felt like I could have done at least another mile (I ran 3) but alas a bath was to be given to the little one. Running in the shorts was HARD. I felt like I was tugging at them every few seconds so running 13 miles in them is going to be interesting. Good thing Mission Athletecare sent me some 5 hr anti-chafe cream to try out before the 1/2.
Hopefully this stuff works so my legs won't kill me before the race does.
Thanks for the sweet emails yesterday! They really mean a lot & it means a lot to know that I have an awesome support team!
and thanks for continuing to follow even though f-bombs are dropped quite frequently.
With that I leave you a picture of Kins:
I think the sitting still picture days are coming to an end.
BEFORE
AFTER.
She realized that if she rubbed her head back and forth her hair would go crazy and then when Momma touched her it would shock her & she'd giggle. Weird kid. :)
Question of the day:
What do you do for speed work?
Happy FRIDAY Y'all!

It'll be fine! And we don't have to wear the shorts!!! :)
Don't feel pressure to wear the shorts.. but if I can show my cellulite off- so can too! ;) P.S. I am totally wearing some tall socks with it. I am sucker for tall socks.
