Erin Condren Review
Remember a few weeks ago when I said that I have a review coming up?
Well here it is.
I fought for the LONGEST time about getting one of these life planners. I didn't see the point in spending $50 on a planner when I could easily go next door to Target and buy a normal one for not nearly the same amount. I saw all of the tweets and blog posts about them & just passed them by without much though. The tweets were actually starting to get on my nerves because it seemed like EVERY tweet was about them.
Then? THEN I read a review on someones blog about the planners. THEN I saw the light and WHY I actually DID need one. I have a huge desk calendar at work that has my life on it, I'm always telling people "you'll have to wait until I get to work to check my calendar". Well, duh, hello? This totally made sense! Suddenly I was googling coupon codes for Erin Condren and then I was putting in my "favorite things" and then I was hitting SUBMIT PAYMENT.
The only bad thing about this was that I had to wait a few weeks to get the planner. Which was completely understandable since she is in overdrive getting these out. But patience isn't one of my virtues.
When I finally got my package in the mail it was like Christmas morning!
and then (I feel like you should read this in the voice of that kid who says "and then? and then?") I opened the planner. Holy tabs and organization. I swear it was like angels voices went off and started singing.
Everything has color and there are stickers for everything imaginable. Even blank stickers so you can make your own To-Dos.
There's pockets for storing important things, reminders, receipts. etc.
She even threw in some fun cards and discount cards in the storage area in the back!
First thing I wrote down?
Priorities people. Priorities.
I can't say enough about this planner. It's made beautifully and sturdy. I can see keeping this all through out next year without it falling apart like most planners would. By far my favorite thing is how organized it is and how personalized it is.
So if you've been fighting it like I was for so long, you should probably stop and just order it.
Completely worth every dollar.

I am seriously. Seriously considering it!
I'm about thisclose to breaking down and placing an order.
I absolutely love mine. I keep mine on my desk all day, every day even if I never write anything in it just so I can flip through it. It's so pretty! :)
Pretty much the best planner you will ever find, ever.
Just got mine the other day!!! Absolutely love it! Weird question...did you use sharpies or regular markers?
Enjoy! It does look pretty nice! I have a little Lilly Planner that is working for me, but I definitely see the appeal of this one.
OK I'm starting to get like you. I think I need to jump on the EC bandwagon! I'm going to be in Gainesville too for the UF/FSU game!!!
Gahhh I love mine! Seriously the cutest/best thing EVAH! I love your handwriting, btw :)
I keep seeing these mentioned all over Blogland lately, but I honestly just don't see the point! Sure, it's fancy and has lots of personalization... but I just use the Google Calendar widget on my phone for scheduling, appointments, important dates, birthdays, etc.
I've bought planners in the past but usually end up forgetting about them (although I did use my Mary Kay for a good bit... until I got my Droid, lol...).
I WANT to understand this craze (they do look pretty and fun, despite being expensive!), but I just don't get it - especially when most of us have smartphones with calendar apps/widgets built into them =/
yay!! glad you like yours ;)
