"My butt is applauding you!"

Last night's Zumba was amazing!
I had so much fun with my sister and aunt. I thought I would have forgotten most of the moves but they came back to me like I never stopped haha It was such a great workout! I am defiantly feeling it today in my arms.

We had a great time laughing at each other and making comments. The quote of the night was "I feel like my butt cheeks are applauding the people behind me when we booty dance".-yours truly.

No running for me this morning because I woke up at 6:30 and my legs were achy. Zumba and swim is tomorrow morning so I think I will go running Sunday morning instead.
that's how I feel about that. That's also how I feel about being at work today after only getting two hours of sleep. I guess I had too much energy and didn't want to sleep at all during the night.
I've never been so happy to see a Starbucks sign in my life than I was this morning.

This weekend I WILL tackle those stupid shutters. I am making it my mission to get them done. Anyone want an azalea bush? I will ship it to you. I hate these stupid things.Seriously they are the size of my car. There are TWO of them. Bleck.

One day I will get my wish to remove them and add my palm trees back.

Sorry for the lack of interesting post. My double shot latte hasn't kicked in yet!

I have never done Zumba, but I want to. I seriously want to shake my ass and get all bad with myself! Ha!

Favorite Workout - I am in a bootcamp right now and we do Tobada's .... LOVE THEM!! High intensity cardio/weights/strengthening. Typically 10 - 20 seconds on, 4 second break, switch exercise, do this for 10 - 20 minutes. It's face paced and the results are amazing!!

We have Zumba at the gym I teach at but I just don't think it's for me...

I teach circuit training/bootcamp and I love that. Total body workout...weights and cardio. Great combo!

I LOVE Zumba but I haven't done it since I was pregnant with Emerson!! That was two plus years ago!! I am so focused on running and spinning!! Good job girl!!

I've always wanted to try Zumba, but don't want to go by myself, and the times it's offered at the gym I tan at is the same times I'm at work.

I like using the eliptical (sp?) at the gym, and I recently bought Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD. It kicks my tail every time!

I LOVE Zumba. It's so fun that you don't feel much like you're working out (maybe because I love dance) but you definitely feel it the next day. I also love yoga and pilates.

I just bought the 30 Day unlimited pass on living social for Dance Trance so far I'm loving it!
